The employees of Saaraketha are the first to benefit from the wholesome, natural organic produce of the Saaraketha plantation. Vegetables, fruits, yams, greens and herbs are sourced from the farm daily by the cook who prepares meals for the plantation staff at the demonstration kitchen and pavilion.
