Ingredients
- A handful of Kabella leaves
- Oil to deep fry
- Handful of cashew nuts
- One onion halved and sliced
- Salt pepper to taste
- Some chili flakes for that extra kick
Method
- Deep fry cashew, onion, and Kabella leaves and simply mix these with salt, pepper, and chili flakes
- The leaves become very crispy and stay crispy for hours. It’s an excellent side dish for rice and kids will enjoy the crunch!
