Let’s start baking this Magic Bean Cake
INGREDIENTS

425 g Cooked red kidney beans

5 eggs

1/2 Cup Honey
-
1/3 Cup Raw Cacao
-
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
-
1/2 Tsp Bicarb Soda

1 Tsp Baking Powder / 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder

1 Tbs Coffee
-
1 Tbs Vanilla Extract
-
1/4 Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
Optional Toppings – Cashew, Berries, Bananas, Cacao Nibs
METHOD

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius

Combine kidney beans, coffee, vanilla, coconut oil, eggs, and salt in a blender
-
Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend to combine well
-
Line a cake tin with baking paper or use a cupcake tray

Pour mixture in, add toppings if you wish, and bake for 25-30 minutes until it’s springy to the touch
Avocado Frosting

2 Ripe Avocado
-
1/3 Cup Cacao
-
1/3 Cup Raw Honey
-
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Direction Mix all ingredients well

Chill for 15 minutes.
