Ingredients
- Bunch of moringa leaves
- Few curry leaves
- Half an onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut milk/cream
- Juice of one lime
- Salt to taste
Method
Heat coconut oil in a pan on medium, sauté the onion garlic and curry leaves, when soft add the corn and moringa leaves. Add coconut milk and let simmer. Season with salt and lime. Serve with steamed rice or top it on toast!
